Grounding devices, grounding wires, and grounding marks are important indicators of the electrical safety performance of electric pumps. The absence of grounding devices or unclear marks and unstable fixation on the grounding wires can bring potential safety hazards to users. The specified efficiency, flow, and head of the electric pump are low, which directly affects the overall performance of the unit. The unqualified product nameplate cannot reach the notice indicating the main performance of the product, which does not play a guiding role in users' purchase of products and even misleads consumers.
How to choose the right pump?
- Purchase from regular and large agricultural machinery malls. Regular shopping malls have strict control over product quality and a good reputation. Even if there is a quality problem, it is better to negotiate with distributors.
- Purchase products from manufacturers. The manufacturer's products have been tested by the market and are reliable in quality, so it's safer to buy them.

- Select the submersible pump according to the lift. Determine and select the head of the submersible pump according to the height of the water level from the ground. - Carefully check the grounding mark and grounding wire. Stainless steel submersible pumps shall be equipped with reliable grounding devices and grounding wires. The grounding wires of the outgoing cables shall have obvious grounding marks. The grounding wires shall be yellow and green, and the marks shall not be easily erased during the service life.
- Check the outgoing cable. The outgoing cable of a large submersible pump shall be a medium-sized rubber sheathed cable, and the pump with cable length close to the head shall be selected to prevent leakage caused by careless wiring during use.
- Check whether there is a certificate and instruction manual.
- Test run to see if it is normal. Connect the power supply and operate freely and stably without jamming, collision, etc.
