Powerful Motor
The self-priming pool pump features a high-performance copper wired motor and impeller that provide high flow in an energy-efficient way. It runs on 115V smoothly with max. flow 7860 GPH or max. head 59ft. The fan-cooled motor is completely waterproof, safe, and reliable, offering continuous and quiet operation.
Easy to Clean
The water pump comes with an extra-large filter basket and see-through lid which are detachable and easy to clean and maintain. It can handle swimming pool chemicals. The strainer basket filters hairs, debris, leaves, and impurities to prevent clogging. Drain plug at the bottom for easy drainage after use.
Durable & Safe
Iron motor housing and commercial-grade reinforced thermoplastic shell ensure corrosion resistance and durability. Standard 5' power cord for safety and convenience. Plug and play. The casing cover can be disassembled easily. Prime the pump before use and keep it from freezing in winter.
Overheat Protection
Built-in automatic thermal overload protection will prevent the motor from overheating and burning. When the pump is dry running, it will shut off automatically. Airflow ventilation ensures cooler operation of the electric motor. This self-priming pump provides long service life. Easy to install.
Wide Application
Perfect for in-ground and above-ground swimming pools, hot tubs, spas, etc. This product comes with a TWO-YEAR warranty to keep your water system stable and worry-free. Acquire customer service and provides professional advice on installation and maintenance.
Attention
The 2'' adapters must be mounted to the pump outlet & inlet before plumbing installation. The ground wire for the earthing terminal is not included and needs to be purchased separately.
When the running pump starts to evacuate, it will suddenly make noise and vibration, accompanied by the reduction of pressure, flow, and current. When the evacuation is serious, the pump will vibrate strongly, the pressure will return to zero, and there is no liquid in the pump.
The pump shaft is not concentric with the motor shaft.
The lubricating oil (grease) is too much or too little, and the oil (grease) deteriorates.
The oil ring breaks or jumps out of the fixed position.
Axial thrust increases.
Insufficient or interrupted cooling water.
The bearing is worn.
The flow is too small, making the pump close to the evacuation state.
Pump vibration is caused by an unstable foundation, unbalanced rotor, loose bolts, and other reasons.
The volume expansion of water occurs below zero. If the water left in the pump is not cleaned out, the force generated by the volume expansion at low temperatures will make the pump expand and crack, causing unnecessary damage. Anti-freezing methods mainly include the following:
Drain the water stored in the idle pump.
Keep the cooling water flowing.
Keep the pump warm or use steam and hot water for heat tracing.
The standby pump keeps the inlet and outlet flow.
After the pump is frozen, never blow it directly with steam to prevent it from cracking due to uneven thermal expansion of the pump body.
After the pump is frozen, pour it with cold water first, and then pour it with steam or hot water after the motor car is turned.
During the operation of the pump, the fluid friction between the liquid and the pump body, and the friction between the rotating part and the fixed part, such as the ball and inner and outer rings of the bearing, the shaft sleeve, and the packing, will generate heat due to friction. At the same time, due to the high temperature of the medium, it will be transmitted to the pump, making the pump body hot. The purpose of cooling is to reduce the temperature of the pump body, pump seat, bearing box, and shaft seal, to prevent these parts from deformation, aging, and damage due to temperature rise.
Endanger personal safety.
When the motor is smoking, smelly, or on fire.
When great vibration or axial cascade occurs.
When the body or bearing is heated to the limit.
The motor speed is slow and accompanied by abnormal sounds.
There is a violent noise in the pump.
When the outlet pressure is unstable and serious, it cannot be measured.
The pump body vibrates.
The medium temperature rises.
① In the production of chemical and petroleum sectors, most of the raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products are liquids, and the production of semi-finished and finished raw materials into semi-finished products and finished products needs to go through complex technological processes. During these processes, pumps play a role in transporting liquids and providing pressure flow for chemical reactions. In addition, in many installations, pumps are used to adjust the temperature.
② In agricultural production, pumps are the main irrigation and drainage machinery. my country's rural areas are vast, and a large number of pumps are needed in rural areas every year. Generally speaking, agricultural pumps account for more than half of the total output of pumps. Pumps are also the most used equipment in the mining and metallurgical industries. The mine needs to be drained by pumps, and in the process of beneficiation, smelting, and rolling, pumps are needed to supply water.
③ In the power sector, nuclear power plants need nuclear main pumps, secondary pumps, and tertiary pumps, and thermal power plants need a large number of boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps, oil and gas mixing pumps, circulating pumps, and ash pumps.
④ In national defense construction, the adjustment of aircraft flaps, tail rudders, and landing gear, the rotation of warships and tank turrets, and the ups and downs of submarines all require pumps. High pressure and radioactive liquid, and some also require the pump without any leakage.
⑤ In short, whether it is aircraft, rockets, tanks, submarines, drilling, mining, trains, ships, or everyday life, pumps are needed everywhere, and pumps are running everywhere. That's why the pump is listed as a general-purpose machine, which is a major product in the machinery industry.
⑥ Electric pumps i.e. pump driven by electricity. The electric pump is composed of a pump body, a water lift pipe, a pump base, a submersible motor (including cables), and a starting protection de
