Centrifugal Pumps are a highly versatile pump system widely used in many industries for both domestic and commercial applications as they are able to move more fluid than any other pump type on the market. They also come in many different shapes, colours, sizes and materials including sanitary, industrial and ATEX executions.
Centrifugal Pumps are highly versatile. They are available in many different shapes and sizes to handle a wide variety of installations and requirements, whether you need your pump to be driven electrically or magnetically, to self-prime, to be able to handle sanitary fluids or to be big enough for large industrial applications, there is a centrifugal pump solution available.
Centrifugal pumps are ideal for high flow applications with the added benefit of being very efficient to run when compared to pneumatically driven pumps.
An additional key feature of a centrifugal pump is that it can be easily modified to suit different requirements for the end-user. For example, accessories can be used such as heating jackets, self-priming chambers and hygienic shrouds to achieve the perfect pump solution.
As mentioned, Centrifugal Pumps can be used in a wide range of sectors for a variety of applications, some of the most common applications we supply for include (but are not limited to):
Wastewater Treatment
Surface Conditioning
Food & Beverage
Pharmaceutical
Cosmetics
Heavy-duty industrial applications
Advantages of using a Centrifugal Pump

1)Always clean the surface of the water pump and keep the equipment clean, dry, and free of oil and leakage.
2)Check whether the running sound of the centrifugal pump is normal, whether there is vibration and leakage every day, and deal with problems in time if found.
3)Check whether the oil level in the suspension oil chamber of the centrifugal pump is appropriate every day, and the oil volume must be kept at 1/3 and 2/3 of the oil standard.
4)It is strictly forbidden for the centrifugal pump to work when the liquid in the pool (barrel) is evacuated. If the centrifugal pump works in an evacuated state, it will not only cause severe vibration but also affect the service life of the pump.
5)It is strictly forbidden to enter metal objects, rubber, cotton yarn, plastic cloth, and other flexible substances in the centrifugal pump, so as not to damage the flow passage parts of the pump and block the impeller flow passage so that the pump cannot work normally.
6)Regularly check the concentricity of the claw coupling.
7)For centrifugal pumps with packing seals, the leakage at the stuffing box should be checked regularly. The normal leakage at the stuffing box should be 10 ~ 20 drops per minute, otherwise, the tightness position of the stuffing gland should be adjusted.
8)The bearing temperature shall be checked frequently, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃ ~ 75 ℃.
9)Within the first month of operation of the water pump, after 100h of operation, replace the lubricating oil in the suspension oil chamber; After that, the lubricating oil shall be replaced every 500h of operation of the water pump. If it is lubricated with engine oil, change the engine oil every 1 month; If it is lubricated with grease, replace the grease once every six months.
10)Frequently check whether the support mechanism of the inlet and outlet pipeline system (pipe fittings, valves) of the centrifugal pump is loose, and ensure that the support mechanism is firm and the pump body does not bear the support force.
11)Regularly check the fastening of the fastening bolts of the centrifugal pump foundation to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable.
12)When the centrifugal pump is not used for a long time, the pump should be disassembled for rust prevention, reinstalled, and properly stored.
13)When the standby centrifugal pump installed in the production system does not operate for a long time, it should rotate 1/4 turn every week to make the pump shaft bear the static load and external vibration evenly.
14)When the centrifugal pump operates for about 2000h, periodic inspection, repair, or replacement of damaged parts should be carried out to keep the pump in good condition.
15)For newly installed and overhauled centrifugal pumps, be sure to try the motor steering first, and then put on the pin of the coupling.
16)Centrifugal pump allows the reverse flow of liquid in the pipeline to reverse the pump when the motor is powered off. However, special attention should be paid to that when the delivery height difference of the centrifugal pump is particularly large, a check valve should be set on the pipeline to prevent backflow of backwater and control the sudden reversal of the centrifugal pump.
17)Avoid pumping muddy water with too much sediment, otherwise, the impeller, mouth ring, packing, etc. are easy to wear.
18)Before the water pump is stored in winter, it should be overhauled comprehensively, including the power machine, transmission equipment, and electrical equipment.
① In the production of chemical and petroleum sectors, most of the raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products are liquids, and the production of semi-finished and finished raw materials into semi-finished products and finished products needs to go through complex technological processes. During these processes, pumps play a role in transporting liquids and providing pressure flow for chemical reactions. In addition, in many installations, pumps are used to adjust the temperature.
② In agricultural production, pumps are the main irrigation and drainage machinery. my country's rural areas are vast, and a large number of pumps are needed in rural areas every year. Generally speaking, agricultural pumps account for more than half of the total output of pumps.Pumps are also the most used equipment in the mining and metallurgical industries. The mine needs to be drained by pumps, and in the process of beneficiation, smelting and rolling, pumps are needed to supply water.
③ In the power sector, nuclear power plants need nuclear main pumps, secondary pumps, and tertiary pumps, and thermal power plants need a large number of boiler feed pumps, condensate pumps, oil and gas mixing pumps, circulating pumps, and ash pumps.
④ In national defense construction, the adjustment of aircraft flaps, tail rudders and landing gear, the rotation of warships and tank turrets, and the ups and downs of submarines all require pumps. High pressure and radioactive liquid, and some also require the pump without any leakage.
⑤ In short, whether it is aircraft, rockets, tanks, submarines, drilling, mining, trains, ships, or everyday life, pumps are needed everywhere, and pumps are running everywhere. That's why the pump is listed as a general-purpose machine, which is a major product in the machinery industry.
⑥ Electric pumps, i.e. pumps driven by electricity. The electric pump is composed of a pump body, a water lift pipe, a pump base, a submersible motor (including cables) and a starting protection de
