Application
The stainless steel horizontal centrifugal pump is applicable to household water supply, equipment support, pipeline pressurization, garden watering, vegetable greenhouse watering, fish farming and poultry raising, industrial and mining, water supply and drainage in high-rise buildings, central air conditioners and centralized heating circulation systems.

Liquid Requirements: Clean liquids without suspended solids, non-aggressive (Liquid temperature: -20℃~+40℃). Not recommended for sand point applications and please avoid sand pumped into the pump body.
If the pump remains unused for a long period, please empty it to prevent the formation of deposits or an increase in water volume due to frozen water, which could tear the fixing bolts or crack the pump body.
When starting the pump again, refill it and check that the shaft runs free by introducing a screwdriver into the slot on the shaft, on the fan side.

During the maintenance of the water pump, first of all, check the vulnerable parts: the impeller, retaining ring, shaft sleeve, bearing seat, etc. of the submersible pump are vulnerable parts. First, dismantle the water pump and check whether the vulnerable parts are intact. It is strictly forbidden to use damaged and unqualified parts. There are also things to pay attention to when changing the lubricating oil. We should open the oil hole screws in the seal chamber and the motor respectively, drain all the lubricating oil in the seal chamber and the motor, and replace it with new oil to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system. Secondly, make sure that it is sealed. Agricultural submersible pumps have very strict requirements for sealing. When replacing the lubricating oil in the sealing chamber, if the oil is muddy and the water content is high, the whole sealing box or ring must be replaced or replaced to ensure good sealing performance.
Secondly, we should pay attention to the drying motor. Use a 500-megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the winding and the shell of the submersible pump. If the resistance is lower than 0.5 megohm, the water in the motor should be removed. The drying methods include the external drying methods, the current drying method, and the combined drying method of both.
Moreover, remove the pump casing to prevent rusting. Before using in spring, the upper pump casing should be disassembled, and the impeller should be turned before switching on and starting, to prevent the parts from rusting and burning the motor. This maintenance is particularly important for water-filled motors. We should ensure the bearing lubrication: for the water-filled submersible pump, we should check and replace the skeleton oil seal and lithium grease in the bearing chamber of the upper and lower covers. Ensure that the bearing works in a well-lubricated condition for a long time. After that, check the bearings: check the upper and lower bearings of the motor. If it is found that the bearings are worn or the gap is too large, replace them in time.
The lubricating grease (oil) of the newly put into use water pump must be replaced after 100 hours of operation, and then every 500 hours of operation. For flow bearings lubricated with grease, the grease should be replaced after 1500 hours of operation. The amount of oil added should not be too much or too little, because too much or too little grease will cause bearing heating. The amount of oil added is generally 1/2 ~ 2/3 of the volume of the bearing chamber. For bearings lubricated with lubricating oil, the oil volume should be added to the specified position. The container containing lubricating oil or grease should be clean and well sealed at ordinary times. There should be no dust, iron filings, and other sundries to avoid damaging the bearing. Sodium grease is generally used for motor bearings. This kind of grease is characterized by high-temperature resistance (125 ℃), but it is easy to dissolve in water, so it cannot be used for the lubrication of water pump bearings.
In the disassembly and assembly of bearings in gear pumps, attention should be paid to the traction force to continue to the proper extent. For example, when installing bearings in screw pumps, the force should be stopped when the bearings are just installed in the correct position, to ensure that the end face of the ferrule (washer) is against the end face of the seat hole or the shoulder of the shaft, and it should not be squeezed too tightly or not installed in place. The resultant force of the force shall pass through the axis of the oil-free bearing as far as possible, which requires that the force application point be uniform, symmetrical and stable, and the force shall be applied through the sphere or parallel to the axis. Avoid applying force through the rolling element, which requires that the force be applied through the inner ring when installing and removing the inner ring (shaft ring) and the force is applied through the outer ring when installing and removing the outer ring).
The force should be applied smoothly and evenly without impact. The self-priming pump requires oil pressure or tools that can apply stable tension or pressure. When hammering is necessary, it should also be buffered by soft metal such as a copper sleeve without chip falling, and the knocking force should be as good as possible.
