1.Install the leakage protector
When working underwater, the equipment is easy to leak current, causing losses and even dangerous accidents. If a protector is installed, as long as the leakage value exceeds the allowable weak current value, the device will automatically cut off the power supply to avoid waste and ensure safety.
2.Avoid frequent switching
Do not turn the pump on and off repeatedly for a short period, as the electric pump will backflow when stopped. If you turn it on immediately, the motor will start the load, causing too much starting current and burning out the windings. Repeated switching can also burn submersible pump motor windings due to the large charge flow at startup.
3.Do not let the submersible pump work for a long time
To prevent the electric pump from working under a high load for a long time, try not to vertical immersion pumps water when there is too much sand, and always observe whether the current value is within the value range specified on the nameplate. If the value is found to be too large, it should be turned off to check. In addition, the dehydration operation time of the electric pump should not be too long to prevent the motor from overheating and burning.

(3)The packing of the water pump has been worn out or the packing has been pressed too loose due to long-term use, causing a large amount of water to be ejected from the gap between the packing and the pump shaft sleeve. As a result, external air enters the inside of the water pump from these gaps, affecting the water lifting.
(4)Because the water inlet pipe has been submerged for a long time, holes appear in the pipe wall due to erosion, and the water surface continues to decline after the pump works. When these holes emerge from the water surface, air enters the water inlet pipe from the holes.
(5)Cracks appear at the elbow of the water inlet pipe, and a small gap appears at the connection between the water inlet pipe and the water pump, which may make air enter the water inlet pipe.
(1)Human factors. Due to the damage to the original motor, some users randomly add another motor to drive, resulting in the consequences of small flow, low lift, and even no water supply.
(2)Mechanical failure of the water pump itself. The loose fastening nut between the impeller and the pump shaft or the deformation and bending of the pump shaft may cause the impeller to move more, direct friction with the pump body, or bearing damage, which may reduce the speed of the water vertical immersion pumps.
(3)The maintenance of the power machine is not effective. The motor loses excitation due to the burnout of the winding. The change in the number of turns, wire diameter, and wiring method of the winding during maintenance or the failure in maintenance is not eliminated, which will also change the speed of the water pump.
Some water sources are deep, the surrounding terrain of some water sources is relatively flat, and the allowable suction range of the vertical immersion pumps is ignored, resulting in less or no water absorption (official account: pump pipe). You should know that there is a limit to the vacuum that can be established at the suction port of the water pump. The suction range of the vacuum is about 10 meters high, and the water pump cannot establish the right vacuum. And if the vacuum is too large, it is easy to vaporize the water in the pump, which is unfavorable to the work of the pump. Therefore, each centrifugal pump has its large allowable suction lift, which is generally between 3-8.5 meters. When installing the water pump, you must not only seek convenience and simplicity.
Some users have measured that although the vertical interval between the reservoir or water tower and the water surface of the water source is slightly smaller than the pump lift, the water volume is still small or cannot be lifted.
